Free the Kids

Founded in 1998, this non-profit organization is dedicated to helping Haiti’s orphaned and vulnerable children at Hope Village ( Villaj Espwa) with food, clothing, housing, medical care, education and vocational training. Their mission is to offer productive lives to those children by breaking the cycle of poverty. Hope Village has currently over 500 boys and girls while more than 2,000 children from the surrounding areas attend their K-12 and vocational schools and also benefit from their medical programs. According to the organization, over 3,000 meals are prepared and served daily at Haiti’s largest, most successful facility of its kind.
