Haitian Student Organization – Florida International University

The organization was formed with the intent to familiarize the students of the University with the Haitian culture and customs. Cultural events take place each semester where Haitian students display their country’s dances, songs, music and poetry. Their intent is to promote cultural enrichment through their educational and social activities and to provide a strong community base for those of Haitian descent and for others interested in the Haitian culture.
