Commission Interimaire Pour La Reconstruction D’Haiti (CIRH)

CIRH also known as the Interim Haiti Recovery Commission (IHRC) in English is a body that oversees and conducts strategic planning of implementation of projects/ programs that are proposed by Haitian governmental ministries, donors, NGO’s, businesses and other agencies. They continuously assess the development plans for the recovery projects in Haiti while reviewing the specific needs, the loopholes and investments for each project.
