Association d’Anemie Falciforme d’Haiti (AAFH)

Founded in April 12 2011, the Sickle Cell Association of Haiti is a nonprofit national association that promotes awareness and prevention of sickle cell anemia and its complications to groups affected by the disease. AAFH partners with other national and international organizations to deliver information and materials about research and treatments, medical and community resources available for better understanding of the disease. Overall, they are working to improve the quality and life expectancy of patients with sickle cell disease in Haiti.
