AmCham Haiti is a nonprofit organization that promotes commercial, trade, investment and cultural exchanges between the United States and Haiti via a free market system and business ethics. Its members are firms and businessmen, through their Board of Directors and recommendations of their Committees direct and coordinate the activities, by which the organization, according to its Bylaws, achieves its goals.
